個人情報保護基本方針
トイハウス (以下「当社」といいます)は､個人情報を適正に取り扱い保護することを社会的責務であると考えます。当社が提供するすべての製品およびサービス（以下「本アプリケーション」といいます。）をご利用になるお客様（以下「お客様」といいます。）の大切な個人情報は、個人情報保護に関する法令およびその他の規範を順守し、かつ個人情報保護を重要課題のひとつとして位置付け、社員全員が共通の認識を持って、このプライバシーポリシーに準拠し、大切に取り扱う事をお約束します。
1. 個人情報の取得
当社は､適法かつ公正な手段によって個人情報を取得いたします｡
2. 取得した個人情報の利用目的
当社は､取得した個人情報を以下の利用目的のために利用いたします｡なお、情報をご提供いただけない場合、サービスの全部あるいは一部をご利用いただけないことがございます。
（1）当社サービスの提供のため
（2）お客様へのサポート･連絡､ならびに商品･サービスの案内のため
（3）マーケティングデータの調査、統計、分析､サービス向上のための資料などとして､個人を識別できない形式に加工して利用するため
（4）広告利用のため
本アプリケーションではIdentification For Advertisers（IDFA）、AndroidアプリではAndroid advertising IDを取得することがあります。また、アプリのサービス改善を目的として、これらのIDとアプリが保有するデータ或いは永続的なデバイスIDに関連付ける場合があります。
3. 利用目的による制限
当社は､以下のいずれかに該当する場合を除き､取得した個人情報を利用目的の達成に必要な範囲内で取り扱います｡
（1）お客様ご本人様の同意がある場合
（2）法令に基づき開示･提供を求められた場合
（3）人の生命､身体または財産の保護のために必要な場合であって､ご本人様の同意を得ることが困難である場合
（4）国または地方公共団体等が公的な事務を実施するうえで､協力する必要がある場合であって､ご本人様の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
4. 個人情報の第三者への委託
当社は、本人の同意を得ている場合、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲における個人情報の取り扱いを委託または共同利用する場合、その他正当な理由がある場合を除き、個人情報を第三者に提供または開示いたしません。
5. 個人情報の第三者への開示
当社は､個人情報保護法等の法令に定めのある場合を除き､個人情報をあらかじめご本人の同意を得ることなく､第三者に提供致しません｡ただし､以下の場合はこの限りではありません｡
（1）統計的なデータなど個人を識別できない状態で開示･提供する場合
（2）第2項に定める利用目的で第三者に業務委託する場合
（3）有料サービスを利用しているお客様に利用料金を請求する目的で､金融機関などに有料サービスを利用しているお客様の個人情報を預託する場合
6. 個人情報の管理
当社は､お客様の個人情報を適切かつ安全に管理いたします｡
7. 個人情報の開示･訂正･削除
当社は､お客様ご本人から自己の個人情報について開示･訂正･削除の請求がある場合､合理的な範囲で速やかにこれらの請求に対応いたします｡ただし､以下の場合はこの限りではありません｡
（1）公的証明書等によりご本人であることが確認できない場合
（2）当社の業務の実施に著しい支障を及ぼすおそれがある場合
8. お子様の個人情報について
13歳未満のお客さまが当社サービスを利用し、個人情報を入力される場合には、保護者の方の同意のもとに行っていただきたくお願いいたします。
9. プライバシーポリシーの改定
当社は、個人情報保護に関連する法令その他の規範を遵守するとともに、情報技術の発展や社会環境の変化に合わせて本方針を適宜見直し、個人情報保護の取り組みについて継続的な改善、向上に努めます。重要な変更につきましては、お客さまに対してわかりやすい方法で改定内容を告知いたします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーをサイト上に掲載した時点で変更の効力を生じるものといたします。

Toihaus built the DarkBlood app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by Toihaus at no cost and is intended for use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service. If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy. The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Multiple Countdown Timer unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
